Product Executive

The Product Executive will assist in planning and executing brand strategies, conducting market analysis, and coordinating promotional activities. This requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams to drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support the development and execution of brand plans to strengthen market presence.

• Prepare proposals and plans for new product launches.
• Conduct market research surveys with doctors and analyze ORG/IMS data.
• Identify market opportunities, potential threats, and key business challenges.
• Assist in formulating strategies to launch new brands and improve sales of existing products.
• Design promotional materials such as visual aids, LBLs, brochures, and sample packs.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for timely development of marketing materials.
• Support the sales team with product training and communication tools.
• Organize and participate in sales promotion meetings and product briefings.
• Monitor product performance and track marketing effectiveness.
• Maintain documentation related to marketing activities and product strategies.
