Staff Nurse - ICU-OT

The Staff Nurse for ICU, OT, Emergency, PCICU, PICU, and NICU will deliver specialized nursing care to critical, surgical, emergency, pediatric, and neonatal patients. This requires clinical skill, patient monitoring, emergency response, documentation, and compassionate communication.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide bedside nursing care in ICU, OT, emergency, PCICU, PICU, or NICU.
• Monitor vitals, treatment response, intake-output, and clinical changes.
• Administer medications, IV fluids, oxygen, and prescribed procedures.
• Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, emergency care, and surgeries.
• Maintain nursing notes, medication charts, and handover documentation.
• Follow infection control, biomedical waste, and patient safety protocols.
• Prepare patients for procedures, transfers, investigations, and discharge.
• Support emergency response, BLS, ACLS, or neonatal care as required.
• Communicate patient updates to doctors and senior nursing staff.
• Deliver compassionate and professional patient-centered nursing care.
