Deputy Nursing Administrator - Nursing

Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Deputy Nursing Administrator - Nursing to support nursing administration, patient care, healthcare operations, claims-related coordination, HIPAA awareness, and resource management. The candidate should have GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with strong healthcare administration experience. The requires leadership, compliance awareness, and nursing service improvement focus.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Support nursing administration and operational coordination.
• Supervise nursing teams and patient care delivery.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare and HIPAA-related standards.
• Monitor nursing documentation and medical records.
• Coordinate resource planning and staff allocation.
• Support patient care quality and safety initiatives.
• Assist in audits, reports, and administrative reviews.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative departments.
• Guide nursing staff on protocols and documentation.
• Support healthcare claims or process-related coordination when required.
• Resolve nursing workflow and service issues.
• Promote professional, compliant, and patient-focused nursing care.
