Staff Nurse - Nursing

Apollo Hospitals is hiring a Staff Nurse to provide patient care, medication administration, infection control, documentation, and patient safety support. The candidate should have GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with relevant nursing experience. The requires compassionate care, clinical discipline, teamwork, and adherence to hospital nursing standards.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to assigned patients.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and patient condition.
• Administer medications as per doctors prescription.
• Maintain accurate nursing notes and patient records.
• Follow infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Assist doctors during procedures and rounds.
• Coordinate with healthcare teams for patient care.
• Educate patients and families about care instructions.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of nursing areas.
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer processes.
• Deliver compassionate and ethical nursing care.
