Lead Nursing Administrator

The Lead Nursing Administrator will support nursing leadership in managing nursing manpower, patient care quality, duty allocation, inventory coordination, staff discipline, and departmental communication. The candidate should have strong nursing administration knowledge, team management skills, resource planning ability, and experience in coordinating with doctors, nursing supervisors, HR, stores, pharmacy, and hospital management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage nursing administration activities across assigned departments.
• Support duty planning, manpower allocation, shift coordination, and staff communication.
• Monitor nursing care quality, patient safety, documentation, and handover process.
• Coordinate nursing resources, consumables, equipment, and inventory requirements.
• Guide nursing teams on patient care standards, communication, and hospital SOPs.
• Coordinate with doctors, HR, stores, pharmacy, administration, and management teams.
• Maintain nursing reports, records, dashboards, and department trackers.
• Handle nursing-related operational issues and escalate major concerns.
• Support training, compliance, and quality improvement activities.
• Ensure organized, efficient, and patient-focused nursing administration.
