Optical Sales Person

The Optical Sales Person will play a key in handling customer interactions, understanding vision-related requirements, and recommending appropriate spectacles, frames, lenses, and accessories. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in selecting spectacles, frames, lenses, sunglasses, and optical accessories.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable optical products based on prescription and preferences.
• Explain features, benefits, pricing, and maintenance of eyewear products to customers.
• Coordinate with optometrists and ophthalmologists regarding patient prescriptions and optical requirements.
• Ensure accurate order placement for lenses, frames, and customized eyewear.
• Take measurements for frame fitting and ensure customer comfort and satisfaction.
• Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection for optical sales.
• Maintain proper display and arrangement of optical products in the showroom.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment of stock.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of optical products and display areas.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
• Assist customers with frame adjustments, repairs, and minor maintenance when required.
