Job Description
Customer-focused Optical Sales Executive responsible for assisting customers with eyewear selection, promoting optical products, and ensuring excellent customer service in optical retail or healthcare environments. Skilled in product knowledge, sales coordination, prescription handling, inventory support, and customer relationship management. Adept at driving sales growth, maintaining product displays, and coordinating with optometrists and optical teams to enhance customer satisfaction and business performance.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting eyeglasses, frames, lenses, and optical accessories.
- Understand customer vision requirements and recommend suitable optical products.
- Coordinate with optometrists and ophthalmologists regarding prescriptions and customer needs.
- Explain lens types, coatings, eyewear features, and pricing to customers.
- Manage billing, order processing, and payment transactions accurately.
- Ensure timely delivery and fitting of optical products to customers.
- Maintain product displays, showroom cleanliness, and merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
- Promote ongoing offers, new products, and sales campaigns to increase revenue.
- Maintain customer records, prescriptions, and sales documentation accurately.
- Ensure compliance with store policies, quality standards, and customer service protocols.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for product availability when required.
- Support achievement of sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Stay updated on eyewear trends, lens technologies, and optical product knowledge.
