Job Description
The HR Officer / Sr. Officer will be responsible for supporting and managing day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance management, payroll coordination, performance monitoring, and compliance activities. The involves ensuring smooth HR operations, maintaining employee records, supporting organizational development initiatives, and fostering a positive workplace environment. The candidate should possess strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
- Coordinate employee induction and orientation programs for new hires.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and personnel files accurately.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and employee database systems.
- Support payroll inputs, reimbursement coordination, and employee benefit administration.
- Handle employee queries, grievances, and HR-related communication professionally.
- Assist in implementation of HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, training programs, and team-building initiatives.
- Support performance appraisal and employee evaluation processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and employee analytics for management review.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and staffing requirements.
- Manage exit formalities, full and final settlements, and employee documentation processes.
- Support audit and compliance activities related to HR operations.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee and organizational information.
- Assist in disciplinary actions and employee counseling activities when required.
- Coordinate training schedules and maintain employee training records.
- Ensure smooth communication between management and employees across departments.
- Support organizational development and continuous improvement initiatives within HR functions.
- Stay updated with HR practices, labor regulations, and industry trends.
