Kiran Multi Super Speciality Hospital & Research Center is seeking a dedicated and competent Medical Officer to provide high-quality clinical care, support patient management, and ensure smooth hospital operations. The involves diagnosing and treating patients, assisting senior consultants, handling emergencies, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and patient safety standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Examine, diagnose, and treat patients across OPD and IPD settings.
- Take detailed patient history and perform clinical assessments for accurate diagnosis.
- Prescribe appropriate medications, investigations, and treatment plans.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as required.
- Provide emergency medical care and stabilize critical patients.
- Assist senior consultants in clinical procedures and case management.
- Interpret diagnostic reports including laboratory tests, ECG, and imaging results.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and clinical documentation.
- Conduct ward rounds and ensure proper follow-up of admitted patients.
- Coordinate with nursing staff and other departments for patient care.
- Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, clinical guidelines, and ethical standards.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care.
- Handle medico-legal cases with proper documentation and reporting.
- Participate in on-call duties and emergency rotations as required.
- Ensure compliance with infection control and patient safety protocols.
- Participate in clinical audits, case discussions, and quality improvement activities.
- Support smooth discharge planning and continuity of care.
- Stay updated with medical advancements and best clinical practices.
