Induction Coordinator

The Induction Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing employee induction and orientation programs for new hospital staff. The ensures that all new joiners understand hospital policies, quality standards, compliance requirements, department workflows, and organizational culture. The candidate should support HR and Quality teams in creating a smooth onboarding experience that improves employee readiness, engagement, and early productivity.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate complete induction programs for new hospital employees across departments.
• Prepare induction schedules, training materials, attendance records, and feedback forms.
• Explain hospital policies, workplace discipline, quality standards, and basic compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with HR, Quality, Nursing, Medical, and Administrative teams for department-wise orientation.
• Ensure new joiners understand hospital values, patient safety practices, and service standards.
• Maintain accurate onboarding documentation and employee induction records.
• Track completion of mandatory training sessions for all new employees.
• Support quality department initiatives related to staff awareness and compliance training.
• Collect feedback from new joiners and identify areas for induction improvement.
• Assist in preparing reports on induction attendance, completion status, and training effectiveness.
• Ensure timely communication with department heads regarding new employee joining plans.
• Support employee engagement activities during the initial onboarding phase.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and hospital information.
• Help improve onboarding processes to enhance employee retention and workplace readiness.
