Executive - General Store

The Executive - General Store will manage hospital store operations, material receiving, stock arrangement, inventory records, issue management, documentation, and department coordination at Samanvay Hospitals, Vadodara. This requires Graduate, Any Degree, or Diploma qualification.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and arrange hospital materials, consumables, stationery, equipment items, and general store supplies.
• Check item quantity, quality, expiry date, batch details, invoice, and purchase order before stock entry.
• Maintain store records, stock registers, issue slips, inward-outward entries, and inventory documentation.
• Issue materials to departments as per approved request and hospital store process.
• Monitor stock levels, fast-moving items, low-stock items, expiry items, and reorder requirements.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, pharmacy, nursing, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration teams.
• Support physical stock verification, inventory reconciliation, and audit-related documentation.
• Maintain proper storage, labeling, cleanliness, and material traceability in the store area.
• Report damaged items, shortage, excess stock, or mismatch to seniors promptly.
• Ensure safe handling of hospital materials and avoid wastage.
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in store-related records.
• Support smooth, organized, and timely hospital store operations.
