ADL Sr. Executive

The ADL Sr. Executive will be responsible for designing, developing, and validating analytical methods for pharmaceutical products. The involves handling advanced analytical instruments, ensuring data integrity, and coordinating with R&D, QA, and QC teams for smooth method transfer and regulatory compliance. The candidate will also contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in analytical development processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead analytical method development and validation for raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
• Perform advanced analytical testing using instruments such as HPLC, GC, LC-MS, and UV.
• Prepare and review method validation protocols, reports, and technical documentation.
• Manage method transfer activities to QC laboratories and ensure successful implementation.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, GLP, and regulatory guidelines.
• Review analytical data, chromatograms, and reports for accuracy and compliance.
• Investigate OOS (Out of Specification), OOT (Out of Trend), and analytical deviations.
• Support stability studies and evaluate product performance over time.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (R&D, QA, QC, Production) for development activities.
• Ensure calibration, qualification, and maintenance of analytical instruments.
• Maintain data integrity and proper documentation practices in all analytical activities.
• Participate in regulatory audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Train and mentor junior team members in analytical techniques and compliance practices.
• Manage inventory of laboratory chemicals, reagents, and analytical consumables.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in analytical development and laboratory operations.
