Production Officer (EU-QMS)

The Production Officer (EU-QMS) will be responsible for executing manufacturing processes in compliance with EU-GMP guidelines and internal quality systems. The involves maintaining proper documentation, ensuring adherence to SOPs, and coordinating with QA/QC teams to ensure high-quality production output. The candidate will play a key in maintaining regulatory compliance and supporting audit readiness for international markets.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Execute production activities as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with EU-GMP and internal Quality Management System (QMS) requirements.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation for all production activities.
• Monitor critical process parameters and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with QA and QC teams for in-process checks and product release.
• entify and report deviations, non-conformances, and assist in CAPA implementation.
• Ensure proper cleaning, line clearance, and equipment readiness before production.
• Support validation activities including process validation and cleaning validation.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of production areas as per regulatory standards.
• Ensure proper utilization of raw materials and minimize wastage.
• Assist in technology transfer and scale-up activities for new products.
• Participate in internal audits and support external regulatory inspections.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for equipment upkeep and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and compliance.
