Analytical QA-Executive

The Analytical QA Executive will be responsible for reviewing analytical data, ensuring compliance with GMP/GLP standards, and supporting quality systems within the laboratory. The involves coordination with QC and other departments to ensure data integrity, proper documentation, and adherence to regulatory requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Review analytical data, reports, and chromatograms to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and data integrity guidelines in laboratory operations.
• Monitor and verify analytical documentation including test reports, logbooks, and records.
• Handle deviation management, CAPA, and change control related to analytical processes.
• Perform audit trail reviews and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Support internal audits and assist during external regulatory inspections.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and maintain data integrity.
• Coordinate with QC and other departments to resolve analytical discrepancies.
• Review method validation, method transfer, and stability study documentation.
• Ensure timely closure of quality events related to analytical activities.
• Conduct training on analytical QA practices and compliance requirements.
• Maintain audit readiness and ensure laboratory compliance at all times.
• Monitor compliance with SOPs and recommend improvements where required.
• Prepare quality reports and analytical QA metrics for management review.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in analytical quality systems.
