Sr. Officer

The Sr. Officer – Packing will be responsible for supervising and executing packaging operations in accordance with approved procedures and regulatory requirements. The involves coordinating with production, QA, and warehouse teams to ensure proper packing, labeling, and readiness for dispatch while maintaining GMP compliance. The candidate will also focus on process efficiency and team management within the packing department.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and execute packing activities as per Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Ensure proper labeling, coding, and packaging of finished products as per specifications.
• Monitor packaging operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
• Coordinate with QA for line clearance and in-process quality checks.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, SOPs, and regulatory standards in packing areas.
• Maintain accurate documentation of packing records and batch details.
• Manage and supervise packing staff to ensure productivity and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor availability of packaging materials and coordinate with procurement/warehouse.
• entify and report deviations, discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure proper reconciliation of packaging materials and finished goods.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of packing areas as per standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for dispatch planning.
• Participate in audits and ensure readiness for regulatory inspections.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance packing efficiency and reduce wastage.
