Finance Manager

Job Description:

Intas Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Finance Manager to join their dynamic team and oversee financial operations with a focus on export-import regulations and compliance. The involves managing DGFT-related processes, ensuring regulatory adherence, and supporting financial systems for efficient business operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute DGFT-related processes under schemes such as Advance Authorization, EPCG, and RoDTEP
• Handle end-to-end DGFT applications including license issuance, amendments, closure, and export obligation tracking
• Coordinate with Customs authorities, DGFT officials, and internal teams to ensure smooth regulatory compliance
• Oversee compliance requirements related to EOU and SEZ operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure adherence to government regulations and policies
• Utilize SAP for financial tracking, reporting, and process management
• Monitor export-import transactions and ensure proper financial and statutory compliance
• Support audits and ensure readiness of documentation for regulatory inspections
• Streamline processes to improve efficiency in trade finance and compliance activities
