Associate Nursing is responsible for supporting patient care, nursing documentation, infection control practices, and clinical coordination across hospital departments. The requires GNM or B.Sc Nursing qualification with 0 to 2 years of experience. Candidates should have basic knowledge of nursing care, patient file management, critical care support, microbiology awareness, infection prevention, and hospital patient service standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist senior nurses in providing patient care and clinical support.
- Monitor patient vitals, comfort, symptoms, and basic health condition.
- Support medication administration and treatment activities under supervision.
- Maintain nursing records, patient files, and care documentation.
- Follow infection control and patient safety guidelines strictly.
- Support critical care and emergency nursing activities when required.
- Prepare patients for tests, procedures, transfers, and discharge.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, lab staff, and support departments.
- Maintain cleanliness and readiness of patient care areas.
- Help patients and attendants with basic care-related information.
- Report patient discomfort, abnormal signs, or clinical changes to seniors.
- Assist in sample coordination or infection-related documentation when needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient records and hospital information.
- Learn and follow hospital nursing SOPs and quality standards.
- Deliver polite, responsible, and patient-friendly nursing support.
