Business Development Executive

Kaizen Hospital is seeking a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support growth initiatives byentifying new opportunities, building strong relationships, and increasing patient inflow. The ideal candidate will play a key in expanding the hospital’s network and promoting its services to various stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• entify and develop new business opportunities to increase hospital revenue and patient base
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, corporates, insurance companies, and referral partners
• Promote hospital services through field visits, meetings, and presentations
• Generate leads and convert them into long-term business associations
• Coordinate and organize health camps, awareness programs, and promotional activities
• Follow up with clients and partners to ensure continuous engagement and business growth
• Collect market intelligence, track competitor activities, andentify growth areas
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding of new partnerships
• Maintain records of business development activities, leads, and conversions
• Prepare reports and updates on performance, targets, and achievements
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and address queries or concerns promptly
