Staff Nurse

Kaizen Hospital is seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to provide high-quality patient care and support medical teams in delivering effective treatment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout their hospital stay.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Monitor and record patients’ vital signs, symptoms, and overall health condition
• Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed by doctors
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and clinical interventions
• Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, including wound management
• Support patients with daily activities such as hygiene, mobility, and nutrition
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and nursing documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards
• Respond promptly to patient emergencies and escalate to senior staff when required
• Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and home care
• Coordinate with doctors, technicians, and other healthcare professionals for effective patient care
• Participate in ward rounds, nursing audits, and continuous training programs
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient care environment
