Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business and operational data to support management decision-making. This requires strong analytical skills, MIS reporting knowledge, data accuracy, and the ability to convert raw data into meaningful insights. The candidate will work closely with internal departments to prepare reports, track performance metrics, identify trends, and support process improvement through reliable data analysis.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, validate, and organize data from multiple internal business sources.
• Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc MIS reports for management review.
• Analyze business data to identify trends, gaps, performance issues, and improvement areas.
• Create dashboards, summaries, and analytical reports to support decision-making.
• Maintain accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of business and operational data.
• Coordinate with departments to gather required data and clarify reporting requirements.
• Track key performance indicators and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
• Use Excel, reporting tools, and database systems to generate structured data insights.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrections with relevant teams.
• Support process improvement by highlighting inefficiencies through data analysis.
• Prepare presentation-ready reports with clear findings and actionable recommendations.
• Maintain historical data records for comparison, forecasting, and audit requirements.
• Automate repetitive reports where possible to improve reporting efficiency.
• Assist senior management with business analysis, planning, and performance monitoring.
