Research Associate - Research and Development

Research Associate - Research and Development is responsible for supporting research activities, data analysis, product development initiatives, and scientific documentation within the organization. The involves conducting research studies, collecting and analyzing data, preparing technical reports, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and assisting in the development and improvement of products, processes, or healthcare solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Conduct research activities and support ongoing research and development projects.
• Collect, compile, analyze, and interpret research data and study findings.
• Assist in product development, process improvement, and innovation initiatives.
• Prepare technical reports, research summaries, presentations, and project documentation.
• Coordinate with research teams, laboratories, clinical departments, and other stakeholders for project execution.

• Maintain accurate records of experiments, observations, test results, and research findings.
• Ensure compliance with research protocols, quality standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Support testing, validation, and evaluation of products, materials, or research methodologies.
• Assist in preparing SOPs, study protocols, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion of assigned research tasks.
• Participate in data management, statistical analysis, and report generation activities.
• Coordinate procurement and inventory management of research materials and laboratory supplies when required.
• Support audits, quality reviews, and compliance checks related to research activities.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for research planning and implementation.
• Maintain confidentiality of research data, intellectual property, and organizational information.
• Stay updated with scientific advancements, industry trends, and new research methodologies.
• Participate in research meetings, training sessions, workshops, and academic discussions.
• Ensure proper maintenance of research records, files, and documentation systems.
• Maintain professionalism, accuracy, and ethical standards in all research activities.
• Perform additional research and development responsibilities assigned by management or senior researchers.
