Job Description:

Dr. Jivraj Mehta Smarak Health Foundation is seeking a dedicated and organized OPD Coordinator to manage the smooth functioning of the outpatient department. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient patient flow, coordinate appointments, and provide excellent patient service while supporting the medical and administrative staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the OPD department
• Schedule and coordinate patient appointments with doctors
• Greet and assist patients at the reception
• Maintain accurate patient records and files
• Ensure smooth patient flow in the OPD
• Coordinate between patients, doctors, and nursing staff
• Handle patient queries and provide information regarding services
• Manage telephonic and online appointment requests
• Monitor waiting times and optimize patient experience
• Support billing and insurance-related processes in OPD
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the OPD area
• Prepare reports on OPD activities and patient statistics
