Dispatch Officer

The Dispatch Officer will oversee the dispatch of finished goods, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. This requires strong organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple dispatch activities efficiently.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily dispatch activities as per schedules and orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of finished goods to customers or distributors.
• Prepare and verify dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, and shipping documents.
• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for order fulfillment.
• Ensure proper packing, labeling, and handling of dispatched goods.
• Maintain dispatch records, logs, and documentation accurately.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to designated locations.
• Coordinate with transporters and logistics providers for smooth operations.
• Handle discrepancies, delays, or issues in dispatch and take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company guidelines.
• Maintain inventory records related to dispatched goods.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate with warehouse for dispatch readiness.
• Ensure proper documentation for interstate and export shipments if required.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO practices during dispatch operations.
