QC – HPLC Executive

The QC – HPLC Executive will be responsible for conducting analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using HPLC and related instruments. This requires technical expertise, precision, and adherence to cGMP and GLP guidelines.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Perform analysis using HPLC for raw materials, intermediates, in-process, and finished products.
• Develop, validate, and verify analytical methods as per regulatory requirements.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain HPLC instruments and related laboratory equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and cGMP guidelines.
• Prepare mobile phases, standard solutions, and reagents as required.
• Analyze and interpret chromatographic data accurately.
• Handle out-of-specification (OOS) and out-of-trend (OOT) results and support investigations.
• Maintain proper documentation as per SOPs and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare analytical reports, protocols, and records with accuracy.
• Support stability studies and maintain related data records.
• Ensure proper sample handling, labeling, and storage.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory.
• Follow all safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Coordinate with QA and production teams for quality-related activities.
• Participate in method transfer and validation activities.
• Ensure timely completion of analysis as per schedule.
• Maintain instrument logs, calibration records, and usage documentation.
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure audit readiness.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with regulatory guidelines.
• Stay updated with advancements in chromatographic techniques and technologies.
• Maintain inventory of laboratory consumables and HPLC columns.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in the QC department.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all activities.
• Contribute to maintaining high product quality and compliance standards.
