Patient Care Coordinator

HCG Hospitals is seeking a Patient Care Coordinator to manage patient feedback systems, analyze insights, and ensure timely resolution of concerns. The involves working closely with hospital teams to improve patient experience, maintain service quality, and support decision-making through reports and analytics.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage patient feedback, NPS, and service experience across units
• Analyze feedback trends,entify key issues, and coordinate with teams for timely resolution
• Ensure closure of complaints through proper RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and CAPA within defined timelines
• Handle escalations, social media reviews, and patient concerns with a customer-centric approach
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and unit teams to improve service quality and patient satisfaction
• Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, and performance insights for management review
• Support training initiatives and implementation of patient experience systems and processes
• Contribute to SOP development, process improvements, and overall patient delight initiatives.
