Quality Manager

We are hiring a Quality Manager for a leading hospital in Bengaluru to ensure high standards of patient care, safety, and regulatory compliance. The involves implementing quality management systems, handling NABH accreditation processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across hospital departments. Theeal candidate will have strong experience in hospital quality, audits, and patient safety, with a focus on enhancing healthcare outcomes and operational excellence.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain hospital quality management systems
• Ensure compliance with NABH and regulatory standards
• Conduct internal audits and manage corrective actions (CAPA)
• Monitor quality KPIs and patient safety indicators
• Develop and update SOPs, policies, and documentation
• Train staff on quality standards and protocols
• Coordinate accreditation audits and inspections
• Drive continuous improvement and patient experience initiatives
