Operation Head

We are seeking an experienced Operation Head to lead hospital operations at a reputed healthcare facility in Ahmedabad. • Oversee daily hospital operations including OPD, IPD, and support services
• Ensure smooth patient flow and high-quality care standards
• Manage and lead administrative and operational teams
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, and operational performance
• Implement policies, SOPs, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and NABH standards
• Handle patient feedback and improve service experience
• Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical departments for efficiency
