Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement hospital marketing strategies to promote services, specialties, and facilities.
- Build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, diagnostic centers, corporates, and referral partners.
- Plan and supervise field marketing activities, health camps, awareness drives, and community outreach programs.
- Identify new business opportunities to increase patient footfall, referrals, and hospital visibility.
- Monitor local healthcare market trends, competitor activities, and patient demand patterns.
- Coordinate with consultants and department heads to promote key specialties and healthcare packages.
- Manage marketing executives and guide them on daily visits, lead generation, and relationship-building activities.
- Prepare marketing plans, monthly targets, campaign calendars, and performance reports.
- Support digital marketing teams with local content, campaign ideas, patient awareness topics, and event updates.
- Coordinate corporate tie-ups, insurance partnerships, institutional visits, and health check-up programs.
- Track marketing leads, referral conversion, campaign outcomes, and return on marketing efforts.
- Ensure all marketing communication follows ethical healthcare promotion standards.
- Handle patient and partner feedback and coordinate with internal teams for service improvement.
- Represent the hospital professionally in meetings, events, camps, and public interactions.
- Support management in brand building, service promotion, and long-term business growth.
