Medical Staff is responsible for supporting hospital departments in patient care, pharmacy support, laboratory assistance, ward duties, and basic clinical service coordination as per assigned role. Role & Responsibilities
- Support doctors, nurses, and department staff in daily patient care and service activities.
- Assist in ward support, patient movement, sample handling, medicine coordination, and basic department tasks.
- Help maintain cleanliness, arrangement, and readiness of assigned work areas.
- Coordinate patient-related work between wards, pharmacy, laboratory, reception, and billing departments.
- Assist in collecting, carrying, or delivering reports, documents, medicines, samples, and supplies as instructed.
- Support admitted patients and attendants with basic guidance under hospital protocols.
- Maintain polite communication with patients, relatives, and hospital team members.
- Follow infection control, hygiene, safety, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Report patient concerns, service delays, material shortages, or safety issues to seniors promptly.
- Help nursing or technical staff during patient shifting, room preparation, or department coordination.
- Ensure assigned duties are completed on time with accuracy and discipline.
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and hospital records.
- Assist during emergency situations as directed by doctors or senior staff.
- Follow duty schedules, hospital rules, uniform standards, and professional conduct requirements.
