Job Description

Lupin Limited is seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to promote its Neuro Rehabilitation Center and drive patient engagement through strong stakeholder management across healthcare institutions. The involves building strategic relationships with doctors, hospitals, and caregivers, increasing awareness about rehabilitation services, and ensuring consistent patient footfall while supporting business growth.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Promote Lupin’s Neuro Rehabilitation Center to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular field visits across assigned territories (Delhi & NCR) to engage with key accounts.
  • Deliver effective product and service detailing using company-provided promotional tools and materials.
  • Educate healthcare professionals on the benefits of neuro rehabilitation therapies and patient outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, nursing homes, and healthcare centers.
  • Ensure consistent patient referrals and targeted footfall to the neuro rehab center.
  • Execute awareness programs, CMEs, and engagement activities as per company guidelines.
  • entify key stakeholders and decision-makers to expand business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the rehabilitation team to implement business strategies effectively.
  • Gather insights on patient needs, caregiver expectations, and healthcare provider requirements.
  • Provide structured and actionable market feedback to leadership on a regular basis.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends toentify growth opportunities.
  • Track and achieve assigned targets related to patient referrals and engagement.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions, visits, and follow-ups.
  • Ensure adherence to planned visit frequency and engagement schedules.
  • Collaborate with marketing and medical teams for campaign execution.
  • Support development of customized engagement strategies for key accounts.
  • Strengthen brand visibility and positioning of the neuro rehab center in the market.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term relationship building.
  • Align field activities with organizational goals and business objectives.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations.
