Manager - Finance

Lupin Limited is seeking a strategic and analytical Manager – Finance to act as a finance business partner to leadership, driving financial planning, performance monitoring, and decision-making. The involves delivering insightful financial analysis, managing budgets and forecasts, and supporting business growth through effective financial governance and strategic guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Act as a finance business partner to leadership and senior management teams.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
• Present financial summaries, reports, and insights to C-suite executives.
• Monitor overall business performance against budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans.
• Lead annual budgeting, rolling forecasts, and latest estimate processes.
• Track financial KPIs, performance indicators, and key business drivers.
• Prepare detailed management reports including variance analysis and performance commentary.
• Analyze financial results andentify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop and deliver planned and ad-hoc financial reports as required by business teams.
• Support strategic planning initiatives and long-term financial projections.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with business objectives.
• entify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.
• Assist in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and business case evaluations.
• Monitor revenue, margins, and profitability across business segments.
• Support internal and external audits by providing financial data and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive process improvements and automation in financial reporting and analysis.
• Communicate financial performance and insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Support decision-making through predictive analytics and performance forecasting.
• Maintain strong control over financial processes and governance frameworks.
• Stay updated with industry trends, financial practices, and regulatory changes.
