Job Description

Results-driven Senior Executive – Trade Marketing responsible for executing trade marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, and driving sales growth through channel development activities. Skilled in market analysis, promotional planning, retailer engagement, and campaign execution. Experienced in coordinating with sales teams and distributors to strengthen market presence and improve product performance across assigned territories.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute trade marketing campaigns to support sales objectives.
  • Coordinate with sales teams to implement promotional activities effectively.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior.
  • Develop retailer engagement programs to improve brand visibility.
  • Monitor merchandising standards across retail and distribution channels.
  • Prepare trade marketing reports and campaign performance analysis.
  • Support product launches and promotional events in assigned regions.
  • Manage POS materials and ensure timely deployment at retail outlets.
  • Collaborate with distributors and channel partners to maximize sales.
  • Conduct market visits to evaluate campaign effectiveness and compliance.
  • Track sales performance and recommend market growth opportunities.
  • Assist in budgeting and allocation of trade marketing resources.
  • Build strong relationships with retailers and business partners.
  • Ensure alignment of trade marketing activities with brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for smooth campaign execution.
