Job Description

Results-driven Logistic / Pharmacy Head responsible for overseeing pharmacy operations, inventory management, procurement coordination, and logistics planning. Skilled in supply chain optimization, regulatory compliance, vendor management, and team leadership. Experienced in ensuring uninterrupted medicine availability, cost control, and efficient distribution processes while maintaining quality and healthcare compliance standards.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage pharmacy logistics, inventory, and supply chain operations.
  • Ensure timely procurement and availability of medicines and consumables.
  • Monitor stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock situations.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for procurement activities.
  • Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and healthcare standards.
  • Supervise pharmacy and logistics staff to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Implement inventory control and stock management systems.
  • Monitor medicine storage conditions and expiry management.
  • Prepare procurement reports, inventory analysis, and cost reports.
  • Optimize logistics operations to improve turnaround time and efficiency.
  • Conduct vendor evaluations and negotiate pricing agreements.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with clinical departments regarding supply requirements.
  • Support audits related to inventory, pharmacy, and compliance processes.
  • Develop strategies for operational improvement and cost reduction.
