Job Description

Detail-oriented Corporate Billing Executive responsible for managing corporate billing operations, invoice generation, payment follow-ups, and account reconciliation. Skilled in maintaining billing accuracy, coordinating with corporate clients, and ensuring timely collections. Experienced in healthcare or corporate billing systems, financial documentation, and customer relationship management to support efficient revenue cycle operations.


Roles & Responsibilities

  • Generate and process corporate invoices accurately and timely.
  • Coordinate with corporate clients regarding billing queries and payments.
  • Maintain billing records, agreements, and account documentation.
  • Verify billing data and ensure compliance with pricing policies.
  • Track outstanding payments and follow up for collections.
  • Reconcile corporate accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams for smooth billing processes.
  • Prepare billing reports and payment status summaries.
  • Ensure timely submission of invoices to corporate clients.
  • Maintain confidentiality of financial and client-related information.
  • Monitor credit limits and payment terms for corporate accounts.
  • Support month-end closing and financial reconciliation activities.
  • Handle client communication related to billing and account statements.
  • Assist in audit documentation and billing compliance reviews.
  • Improve billing efficiency through process optimization initiatives.
