Job Description
The Trainees (Production) will assist in day-to-day manufacturing activities, operate equipment under supervision, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with cGMP standards. This is designed to provide practical exposure to pharmaceutical production processes and build a strong foundation for future growth.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assist in the manufacturing of transdermal patches as per production schedules.
- Operate and monitor machinery in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Support in cleaning, setup, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Ensure adherence to cGMP guidelines and safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment logs and ensure proper documentation of activities.
- Assist in completing Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Production Records (BPRs).
- Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in all production records.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in production areas.
- Assist senior staff in monitoring production processes and quality parameters.
- Ensure proper handling of raw materials and packaging materials.
- Support in minimizing wastage and improving operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with QA and production teams for smooth workflow.
- Participate in training programs to enhance technical knowledge and skills.
- Follow safety practices and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Assist in troubleshooting basic equipment or process issues under supervision.
- Support validation and calibration activities when required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
- Maintain discipline and teamwork within the production department.
- Learn and comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Participate in audits and ensure audit readiness under guidance.
- Demonstrate willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Contribute to maintaining product quality and operational standards.
- Build foundational knowledge for futures in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
