Billing Ayushman Executive

The Billing Ayushman Executive will be responsible for Ayushman Bharat / PMJAY billing, patient documentation, package coordination, claim support, approval follow-up, discharge billing, and scheme-related patient assistance at Shalby Hospitals, Indore. This requires Graduate qualification with 3–4 years of experience in Ayushman billing, hospital billing, or healthcare scheme coordination.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle Ayushman Bharat / PMJAY patient billing and documentation activities.
• Verify patient eligibility, scheme card, identity proof, admission details, and required records.
• Coordinate package selection, pre-authorization, approval, enhancement, and claim documentation.
• Maintain Ayushman patient files, claim trackers, billing records, and approval status reports.
• Coordinate with doctors, nursing, MRD, billing, TPA, accounts, and administration teams.
• Ensure required clinical notes, investigation reports, discharge summaries, and bills are complete.
• Follow up for pending approvals, claim queries, rejections, and documentation gaps.
• Explain Ayushman process, document requirements, and billing status to patients politely.
• Support discharge billing and final claim clearance to avoid patient delays.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, scheme, and financial information.
• Prepare daily MIS reports and pending claim updates for seniors.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and patient-friendly Ayushman billing support.
