General Store Executive

The General Store Executive will be responsible for managing hospital general store activities, material receipt, issue, stock tracking, inventory documentation, department supply coordination, and store record maintenance at Shalby Hospitals, Indore. This requires Graduate qualification with 2–3 years of experience in store, inventory, or hospital material management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage receipt, storage, issue, and tracking of general hospital materials and consumables.
• Verify invoices, delivery challans, purchase orders, quantity, and material condition.
• Maintain GRN records, issue slips, stock registers, inventory trackers, and store documentation.
• Monitor stock levels, reorder points, shortages, damaged items, and non-moving materials.
• Coordinate with purchase, accounts, nursing, OT, ICU, housekeeping, maintenance, and user departments.
• Ensure proper storage, labeling, segregation, and traceability of materials.
• Follow FIFO/FEFO methods wherever applicable.
• Support physical stock verification, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.
• Report stock mismatch, shortage, damage, or documentation gaps to seniors promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of store areas.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and controlled general store operations.
