Purchase

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for hospital purchase coordination, vendor follow-up, quotation comparison, purchase order processing, material tracking, documentation, and internal department support at Shalby Hospitals, Indore. This requires Graduate qualification with 2–3 years of experience in purchase, procurement, vendor coordination, or hospital material management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle purchase requests from hospital departments as per approved process.
• Collect quotations, compare rates, and support purchase order preparation.
• Coordinate with vendors for availability, pricing, delivery timelines, and pending materials.
• Verify purchase requisitions, approvals, invoices, delivery challans, and material details.
• Coordinate with stores, accounts, pharmacy, biomedical, maintenance, and user departments.
• Track pending purchase orders, delayed supplies, replacements, and urgent requirements.
• Maintain vendor records, purchase files, quotation sheets, and procurement documentation.
• Support cost control by identifying better rates and reliable suppliers.
• Follow hospital purchase policy, approval workflow, and documentation standards.
• Resolve vendor-related issues and escalate repeated delays to seniors.
• Prepare purchase MIS reports and updates for management.
• Ensure timely, accurate, and transparent procurement support.
