Senior Executive

The Senior Executive will be responsible for handling senior-level billing and Ayushman scheme coordination, documentation review, claim tracking, reporting, patient support, and interdepartmental follow-up at Shalby Hospitals, Indore. This requires Graduate qualification with 5–7 years of experience in Billing - Ayushman, healthcare billing, insurance coordination, or scheme-based hospital operations.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage assigned Billing - Ayushman activities and patient documentation workflow.
• Review Ayushman patient files, approvals, package details, billing entries, and claim documents.
• Coordinate with doctors, billing, MRD, nursing, accounts, administration, and scheme teams.
• Track pending approvals, query responses, claim submissions, and discharge billing status.
• Verify documentation accuracy before claim submission or final billing closure.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly billing reports, MIS, and claim status updates.
• Support junior team members in resolving documentation or billing process issues.
• Handle patient and attendant queries related to Ayushman billing professionally.
• Identify billing errors, missing documents, delays, or process gaps and escalate promptly.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient, financial, and scheme-related information.
• Follow hospital billing SOPs, scheme guidelines, and compliance requirements.
• Ensure smooth, accurate, and timely Billing - Ayushman operations.
