Centre Manager / Asst Manager

The Centre Manager / Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring all departments function efficiently and adhere to defined service, facility, and quality standards. The involves close monitoring of reporting timelines, operational processes, billing protocols, and staff performance. The candidate will act as a key link between the centre and head office, ensuring seamless communication and compliance with organizational guidelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall operations and ensure smooth functioning of all departments within the centre.
• Ensure adherence to service standards, facility standards, and quality benchmarks across departments.
• Monitor and ensure timely reporting of all diagnostic tests, including radiology reports within defined TAT (e.g., within 2 hours and latest by 6 PM).
• Ensure all tests are conducted only after proper billing and that test completion is accurately updated in the system.
• Monitor and control test and billing cancellations, ensuring all are processed on the same day with proper justification.
• Coordinate with Head Office for operational updates, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline on a daily basis.
• Manage HR activities including roster planning, leave management, and updating employee status in systems (e.g., Axapta).
• Drive employee engagement, motivation, and team development initiatives.
• Handle patient concerns, complaints, and departmental grievances effectively and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction and service excellence.
• Ensure readiness and optimal utilization of resources, equipment, and infrastructure.
• Monitor daily operations,entify gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate operational reports, MIS, and documentation for management review.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, company policies, and regulatory standards.
• Drive OPD growth and increase patient footfall through marketing initiatives.
• Promote health packages, preventive health check-ups, and special campaigns.
• Organize and coordinate health camps, corporate tie-ups, and RWA (Resident Welfare Association) activities.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to achieve business targets.
• Monitor revenue generation, cost control, and overall centre profitability.
• Ensure proper inventory management, stock control, and procurement coordination.
• Conduct regular audits and quality checks across departments.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and overall facility standards.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and training to staff for continuous improvement.
