The candidate should have strong communication, field marketing, relationship management, and healthcare service promotion skills. This involves meeting corporate clients, organizing health initiatives, generating referrals, and strengthening hospital presence in the corporate healthcare segment.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach corporate clients, companies, institutions, and business groups.
- Promote hospital services, health checkups, wellness programs, and specialty care packages.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with HR teams and corporate decision-makers.
- Coordinate corporate health camps, awareness sessions, and screening programs.
- Generate leads and referrals from corporate accounts and institutional partnerships.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and service packages for corporate clients.
- Follow up with corporate contacts for meetings, tie-ups, and service utilization.
- Coordinate with hospital departments for smooth execution of corporate healthcare services.
- Track corporate inquiries, conversions, revenue contribution, and client feedback.
- Maintain database of corporate clients, prospects, agreements, and communication history.
- Support empanelment activities and documentation where required.
- Represent the hospital professionally during corporate visits and promotional events.
- Share market feedback and competitor information with the marketing team.
- Ensure timely reporting of field visits, meetings, and business development activities.
- Support patient conversion from corporate leads through proper coordination and follow-up.
