Pharmacist

The Pharmacist will be responsible for dispensing medications as per prescriptions, managing pharmacy inventory, ensuring drug safety, and maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. The requires strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with doctors, nurses, and patients to ensure effective medication management.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately as per doctor’s prescription.

• Maintain and manage pharmacy inventory, including stock levels and storage conditions.
• Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers, and quality of medicines.

• Coordinate with doctors and nursing staff regarding medication requirements.
• Handle billing and cash transactions related to pharmacy sales.

• Process returns and verify unused medicines before acceptance.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pharmacy area.
