Training Manager

The Training Manager will be responsible for developing training modules, conducting training sessions, and enhancing the skills and performance of Medical Representatives, Area Managers, and Regional Sales Managers. This requires expertise in pharma products, strong communication skills, and the ability to drive continuous learning across teams.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement comprehensive training programs for sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare structured training modules covering product knowledge, therapy areas, and selling skills.
• Conduct induction training for new hires and ongoing training for existing employees.
• Deliver training sessions for Medical Representatives (MRs), Area Managers (AMs), and Regional Sales Managers (RSMs).
• Ensure strong scientific understanding of pharmaceutical products and therapeutic segments.
• Focus on General and Multispecialty segments for training delivery.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance tracking.
• Identify skill gaps and recommend targeted development programs.
• Conduct field coaching and on-the-job training with sales teams.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align training with brand strategies.
• Develop training materials such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning content.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and new therapies.
• Support product launches by training teams on new products and positioning strategies.
• Monitor and improve sales team performance through continuous training initiatives.
• Maintain training records, reports, and documentation.
• Coordinate with HR for training schedules and development plans.
• Ensure alignment of training programs with organizational goals and sales objectives.
• Conduct refresher training sessions and skill enhancement workshops.
