Product Manager

The Product Manager will play a critical in developing and executing brand strategies, analyzing market trends, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance product performance. This requires strong analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of pharmaceutical marketing.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing strategies and optimize campaigns accordingly.
• Plan and execute innovative brand campaigns, strategies, and engagement activities.
• Prepare proposals and strategic plans for new product launches.
• Conduct market research, including surveys with doctors and analysis of ORG/IMS data.
• Identify market opportunities, gaps, and potential areas for expansion.
• Analyze competitor products, pricing strategies, and positioning.
• Develop and implement launch strategies for new products and brands.
• Enhance sales performance of existing products through targeted initiatives.
• Design and develop promotional materials such as visual aids, LBLs, brochures, and sample packs.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure effective product communication and positioning.
• Conduct sales promotion meetings, training sessions, and product briefings.
• Monitor product performance and track key marketing and sales metrics.
• Coordinate with regulatory, production, and supply chain teams for product readiness.
