Business Development Executive

The Business Development Executive will be responsible forentifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will play a key in the growth and expansion of the company by building strong client relationships, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process.

Sales & Negotiation:

• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and close deals to meet sales targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to contract closure.

Market Research & Analysis:

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Conduct market research toentify emerging trends and opportunities for business growth.

Reporting & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and follow-ups in CRM.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, targets, and achievements.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate with the product and service teams to ensure client needs are met.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
