Tele Sales Executive

Drlogy Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and result-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential healthcare clients, explaining our digital healthcare solutions (LIS, HMS, clinic software, job portal), and converting leads into customers.

Theeal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong relationships with doctors, clinics, labs, and hospitals.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to generate and qualify leads
• Explain Drlogy’s healthcare software products and services
• Convert leads into sales through effective communication
• Follow up with potential customers regularly
• Maintain and update customer database (CRM)
• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product information
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing team
• Handle objections and resolve customer queries
• Prepare basic sales reports and updates
• Stay updated on product knowledge and healthcare market trends
