- Monitor patients’ vital signs and condition during dialysis treatment.
- Perform dialysis procedures according to prescribed protocols and guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of dialysis sessions, patient data, and machine logs.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection control and safety standards.
- Assist in patient care, including pre- and post-dialysis monitoring and support.
- Troubleshoot minor technical issues with dialysis machines and escalate major problems to senior staff.
- Educate patients and families on dialysis procedures and self-care practices.
- Coordinate with nephrologists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
