PMJAY Executive

Synergy Superspeciality Hospitals is seeking a PMJAY Executive to manage and coordinate patient enrollment and claims under the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PMJAY). The ideal candidate will ensure seamless processing of government health insurance services while providing support to patients and hospital staff.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist patients in understanding and enrolling under the PMJAY scheme.
• Verify patient eligibility and documentation for insurance claims.
• Coordinate with government authorities for claim approvals and reimbursements.
• Maintain accurate records of patient data, claims, and related documentation.
• Liaise with hospital departments to ensure smooth processing of PMJAY services.
• Provide guidance to patients regarding policy coverage, procedures, and benefits.
• Resolve patient queries and issues related to the PMJAY program.
• Monitor and report on claim status, follow-ups, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations, hospital policies, and PMJAY guidelines.
