Human Resource Executive

The Human Resource Executive will handle recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, and employee relations while maintaining compliance with hospital policies. This involves collaborating with management and staff to foster a positive work environment, manage manpower planning, and ensure smooth HR operations.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue appointment letters as per hospital norms.
• Coordinate pre-employment and annual medical check-ups for staff.
• Organize and conduct induction training programs for new employees.
• Manage HR operational issues in coordination with line management.
• Plan manpower requirements, manage staffing, and oversee employee orientation.
• Build positive morale and loyalty among staff and trainees by working closely with management.
• Prepare MIS reports and submit to hospital management.
• Monitor access control systems and employee time attendance.
• Conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and suggestions for organizational improvement.
• Ensure proper issuance of relieving orders in compliance with notice period policies.
• Prepare payroll statements and coordinate with the finance department for timely salary disbursement.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, hiring, and training processes for employees.
