Trainee - Production

The Trainee – Production will assist in day-to-day manufacturing activities, operate equipment under supervision, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with cGMP standards. This is designed to build foundational knowledge in pharmaceutical production and develop future-ready professionals.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Assist in pharmaceutical manufacturing processes as per SOPs and production schedules.
• Support operation, cleaning, and setup of production equipment.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and other production documentation.
• Follow Good Documentation Practices (GDP) in all assigned tasks.
• Assist in monitoring process parameters and product quality.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and good housekeeping in production areas.
• Support senior staff in executing production batches efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished goods.
• Participate in training programs to learn production processes and equipment handling.
• Follow safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist inentifying and reporting process deviations or equipment issues.
• Support validation, calibration, and maintenance activities when required.
• Coordinate with QA and other departments for smooth workflow.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and responsibilities.
• Maintain discipline and professionalism in the workplace.
• Learn and comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
• Participate in audits under guidance and maintain audit readiness.
• Develop technical knowledge and skills in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
